Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributing method of electronic coupons that can easily update electronic coupons into the latest electronic coupons, a server device, and a client device that can automatically updates electronic coupons into the latest electronic coupons. SOLUTION: A server 101 distributes coupon information including URL data and validity term data at a distribution request from clients 105 or 106. The client 105 or 106 checks the validity term data and connects to the URL data when the term of validity has expired to download and displays the latest electronic coupons.
