Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost-effective electronic advertisement system in the electronic advertisement system that can obtain advertising information by letting receivers of the advertising information have access to a web page for the advertisement with each portable terminal. SOLUTION: The advertisement is conducted by distributing several index information consisting of a designation number designating a web page for the advertisement, the abstract of information compiled by abstracting one part from the advertising information of the web page for the advertisement and an index magazine containing URL information of the web page for designation number input conducting the input operation of the designation number to the receivers of the advertising information, letting the receivers of the advertising information have access to the web page for the designation number input contained in the index magazine from each portable terminal, letting the receivers of the advertising information input the designation number of the web page for the advertisement that the receivers of the advertising information want to browse in the web page for the designation number input, and displaying the web page for the advertisement of the designation number on a display screen of the portable terminal.
