Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly inform users of full charging when it is necessary to detect the full charging again after detecting the full charging once. SOLUTION: When a secondary battery 11 and a charger 50 are turned from a connection state to a non-connection state and detection of the full charging is carried out, a full charging detection part 18 starts to drive a timer 17 having a predetermined time set beforehand. Subsequently, when it is detected by a charger connection-detecting part 15 that the secondary battery 11 and the charger 50 are turned again from the non-connection state to the connection state, the full charging detection part 18 judges whether or not the timer 17 is activated and judges whether or not a voltage value measured by a battery voltage-measuring part 13 is not smaller than a predetermined threshold when the timer is activated. When the voltage value is not smaller than the predetermined threshold, the full charging detection part 18 judges that the secondary battery 11 is in a state in which the battery 11 is fully charged and outputs the fact to the full charging-informing part 22. |
