Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a frictional material having stable quality and performance by evaluating a mixed state of a stirred frictional material for brake simply and quantitatively. SOLUTION: The stirred frictional material containing fibers is pressured to be hard by a predetermined consolidation load of a stirred object filling chamber having a specified volume, whereby a preform sample is formed. A plurality of kinds of the preform samples are formed by changing a stirring time for generating the stirred object. A color value of a pressure face is measured for each of the samples with the use of a color and color-difference meter. It is detected from the measured color value whether the mixed state in the stirred frictional material containing fibers which is used in the sample is good or not.
