WATER-COOLED FIRE GRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-cooled fire grate which can be replaced easily with another fire grate when the fire grate constitutes a stoker similarly to the conventional air-cooled fire grate and is constituted in a simple structure so that the replacement, etc., of water-cooling pipes may be performed easily and its manufacturing cost may be reduced and on which oxygen-enriched combustion of high-calorific value municipal refuse or ordinary municipal refuse can be performed stably. SOLUTION: This water-cooled fire grate is replaceably assembled in a stoker for incinerator composed of a combination of fixed fire grates and mobile fire grates. This fire grate is provided with a cast main body which has a rectangular box-like shape having an opened bottom face and is provided with a holding body in its rear and water-cooling pipe inserting grooves on the rear surface sides of its top wall and front wall, a cooling-water pipe which is inserted into the grooves in a state where part of its external wall surface is exposed and has a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet, and an air passage which is formed on the external surface side of the side wall of the main body and blows out combustion air supplied from a lower part forward from the front end face of the main body.
