Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running condition learning system to be achieved at a low cost, capable of easily coping with the update of the system. SOLUTION: The learning system is composed of a vehicle side device 10 mounted on a vehicle and a center 30 connected to the vehicle side device 10 with a communication network. Sensor-related data related to signals from an operation detecting sensor 13 and a motion detecting sensor 14 of the vehicle side device 10 are transmitted to the center 30, where the driving tendency is estimated by a tendency estimating means of the center 30, and a control characteristic suitable for the driving tendency is determined by a control characteristic determining means. Then, the control characteristic-related data determined in the center 30 are transmitted to the vehicle side device 10, which revises the existing control characteristic on the vehicle side to a new control characteristic, and the new control characteristic is learned.
