Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect mists, and to prevent re-entraiment and carrying- away by an air flow, in a mist separator comprising an impeller. SOLUTION: The impeller 12 is attached to a lower part of a motor case 13 arranged inside a cylindrical outer circumferential wall 2, and is set to allow high speed rotation wintin a horizontal plane. The first filter member 31 for collecting the mist is equipped in a position where the mist released from the impeller 12 collides, in a front face of the outer circumferential wall 2, to surround the impeller 12 from a horizontal direction.
