Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter curtain of a shutter device, and a method and a device for manufacturing the shutter curtain, which ensure smoother turning of a slat and enable a reduction in the amount of a bulge of a curl part. SOLUTION: The slats 10, which form the shutter curtain 1, are provided continuously by turnable engagement of the curl parts 21 and 22 formed at mutually opposed ends; chamfered parts 23 and 24 are provided at ends of outer peripheral surfaces of the curl parts 21 and 22; and angulate parts at the ends of the curl parts 21 and 22 are eliminated in the chamfered parts 23 and 24.
