Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave absorbing material exhibiting production stability in which reflection free conditions can be achieved easily. SOLUTION: The radio wave absorbing material comprises a binder resin and carbon black dispersed into the binder resin wherein low structure carbon black having an ASTM code defined by ASTM regulation number D1765-94a not lower than N500 and a mean particle size not smaller than 35 μm is employed. Since variation in the complex dielectric constant of the low structure carbon black is low as compared with variation in the mixing amount thereof, stabilized radio wave absorption characteristics are attained regardless of variation in the mixing amount during production.
