Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board and a method for manufacturing the board by which formation of pinholes is suppressed as much as possible when toner images are formed on an image recording plate such as a transparent plastic film or the like by an electrophotographic method. SOLUTION: When a toner image formed by an electrophotographic method on a plastic film is heat treated at a temperature at which the melt viscosity of the toner is made to be in the range from 1.0×10 Pa.s to 1.0×10 Pa.s, pinholes formed in the toner image before the heat treatment can be significantly reduced in number.
