Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor which can be manufactured by a simple way, if it is small in size with its outer diameter of 2.5 mm at maximum and ensure against a great pressure variation or temperature variation in a combustion chamber. SOLUTION: The optical sensor 1 for detecting the combustion process in a combustion chamber has an optical member 2 at a side facing the combustion chamber and an optical fiber 3 at the opposite side to the combustion chamber and both are disposed in a metal sleeve 4. An annular gap is provided between the optical member 2 and the inside of the sleeve 4 and filled with a solder material 5.
