Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover waste heat without the possibility of closing while having enough resistance against high temperature. SOLUTION: Upon waste heat of waste gas being recovered to a predetermined heat medium while dividing the operation into a plurality of steps by flowing the waste gas successively through a plurality of stages of indirect heat exchangers 7 to 10 connected in series via waste gas communication passages 70, 71, and 72, there is provided as an upstream side heat exchanger (air preheater 7 and a vapor heater 8) a radiation type heat exchanger including a cylindrical section through which waste gas from a melting furnace is flowed, and a heat medium communication jacket section provided to surround communicating waste gas in the cylindrical section, and there is further provided as a downstream side indirect heat exchanger (vapor heaters 9, 10) a shell and tube type heat exchanger wherein the heat medium is flowed between inner surfaces of shells 9S, 10S, and outer surfaces of tubes 9T, 10T, and the waste gas from the melting furnace is flowed in the tubes 9T, 10T. |
