Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of treating organic waste and using the combustible gas in a blast furnace. SOLUTION: This recycling method is characterized by melting and gasifying the waste 4 in a vertical furnace, and blowing the generated combustible gas into the blast furnace. The recycling method is also characterized by charging the waste 4, a solid fuel such as cokes grains 6, and a solvent such as limestone grains 7 in the vertical furnace, in order to melt and gasify them, and blowing oxygen 10 and steam 11 into the furnace. The combustible gas is adjusted so as to have a composition with a calorific value of 2,000 kcal/Nm or more. The employed vertical furnace comprises sequentially from above to below, a gas reforming zone, a pre-heating and thermal cracking zone, a moving layer of carbide, a melting and gasifying zone, and a molten material separating zone and the pool, as reaction or function zones. The combustible gas is blown from one or more of a tuyere 9 installed at the tip of the hot-blast air duct in the blast furnace, a tuyere for gas blowing installed in a bosh part, and a tuyere for gas blowing installed in a shaft part. The blast furnace facility 3 has the above vertical gasifying/melting furnace 1 as an auxiliary facility, for the operation. |
