FASTENING DEVICE FOR PREVENTING DEFORMATION OF COKE- CARBONIZING OVEN APERTURE FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke-carbonizing oven which retains an approximal adhesion between the oven aperture frame and the oven cover over a long time and solves social problems concerning environmental pollution and working environments by arresting the deformation of the oven aperture frame that occurs under severe working conditions where thermal cycles of heating and cooling are repeated. SOLUTION: The fastening device for preventing the deformation of a coke- carbonizing oven aperture frame is constructed by establishing a concave part for engagement 4 on the exterior side of an oven aperture frame 3 installed in a coke-carbonizing oven 1. The interior side of a support hardware 5 is fixed onto a coke oven body shell 2. Here, the support hardware 5 loosely fits an oven aperture frame deformation-preventing fastening piece 6 which is engaged with the concave part for engagement 4. A pressing force-adjustable fastening member 7 which presses the fastening piece 6 toward the oven aperture frame 3, is established on the support hardware 5.
