Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nasal application of medicinal substance that can hurdle the conventionally serious disadvantage. SOLUTION: Relating to a nasal application of medicinal substance, a significant portion of the substance is nasally applied through the nose in maximum dose that is insufficient for promptly stimulating the excretory response to clear the substance from nasal and sinus passage within one hour, at least once or the sufficient times for giving the wholly effective dose in the minimal limit. Further, the substance is nasally applied through the nose in maximum dose that is insufficient for causing prompt stimulation of the discharge reaction to remove the significant portion of the substance from the nasal and sinus passage and such nasal application is repeated.
