Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater element, as well as a heating device and a board heating device, which can prevent damage at a coupling part of a feeding electrode rod and a feeding terminal and has a structure with excellent durability. SOLUTION: The heater element 20 is made provided with at least a heat generating element 2, a sintered body plate 3, a feeding electrode rod 4 with its one end 4a coupled with the heating element, and a feeding terminal 7 coupled with the other end 4b of the feeding electrode rod 4. The feeding terminal 7 has a concave part 7a, inside which, the other end 4b of the feeding electrode rod 4 is inserted, and the feeding terminal 7 forms an insertion-fitting part 5 insertion fitted to the feeding electrode rod 4, fixed by a mechanical fixing means 25.
