Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure with excellent durability which can prevent damage at a coupling part of a power-feeding electrode rod and a power-feeding terminal. SOLUTION: With the coupling structure of a power-feeding electrode rod 4 of a conductive ceramics sintered body with its one end 4a coupled with a heat generating element 2 by conduction and a metal power-feeding terminal 7 coupled with the other end 4b of the power-feeding electrode rod 4, a concave part 7a is formed at the power-feeding terminal 7, and inside the concave part 7a, the other end 4b of the power-feeding electrode rod 4 is inserted, the power- feeding terminal 7 forming an insertion-fitting part 5 insertion-fitted to the power-feeding electrode rod 4, and the insertion-fitting part 5 fixed by a mechanical fixing means 25.
