Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a person who is not good at the operation of a machine or a computer (such as an elderly) cannot operate them because of the complication of the system when a request for credit research and other reports are computerized simply. SOLUTION: When transmission is instructed to a host 1 by a PC terminal 4, the host 1 transfers information on a research object to a file server 2 of a credit research company, and the file server 2 takes out required data from transfer information and prepares transmission data of the request for credit research to transmit it to a mail server 3. The mail server 3 transfers the mail of the transmission data of the request for credit research to which a destination is set to E-mail FAX equipment 5, which extracts an opposite party dial number from a To address to transmit to a researcher FAX 6 of a researcher being an opposite party. When the researcher FAX-transmits a research result from the equipment 5, the mail server 3 sends a mail on the research result to the file server 2.
