PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To edit a new piece of drawing data by freely synthesizing the existing drawing data and performing addition, deletion, etc., to it, while associating the new piece of drawing data with the existing drawing data and to unitarily manage the new piece of drawing data including the existing drawing data regarding a drawing editing device, etc., to display drawings and edit them according to operations. SOLUTION: The drawing editing device is provided with a drawing synthesizing operation part to accept operations to synthesize a plurality of pages consisting of individual drawings, a drawing synthesizing processing part to create a composite drawing in which the plurality of pages are synthesized according to the operations accepted by the drawing synthesizing operation part, a drawing display part to display the composite drawing created by the drawing synthesizing processing part, an editing operation part to accept editing operations to the drawing displayed on the drawing display part and an editing processing part to recognize pages to be edited among the plurality of pages to constitute the composite drawing according to editing operations by the editing operation part and to reflect editing results by the editing operations on the pages to be edited.
