Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the adhesion of a skin composition to a urethane resin while a TPO is used as the main constituent. SOLUTION: This skin composition is characterized in that it contains a main constituent comprising a thermoplastic polyolefin(TPO) and an auxiliary constituent, blended in a prescribed amount, comprising a thermoplastic polyolefin grafted with a functional urethane group (a TPO grafted with a functional urethane group). This TPO grafted with a functional urethane group consists of a main chain comprising a TPO and a side chain bonded to the main chain and having a functional urethane group on a part thereof. Since the functional urethane group as a polar group in the TPO grafted with a functional urethane group serves to moderate the nonpolarity of the main constituent comprising a TPO, the compatibility of the composition with a urethane resin having a urethane group as its polar group is enhanced so that the adherence to the urethane resin is revealed.
