Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control the loading quantity of oil to be put on board on a tank lorry. SOLUTION: A forwarding system is composed of a forwarding control device 4 of a forwarding apparatus 1 installed at a forwarding site, a hatch setting device 2 installed at the inside of an office distant from the forwarding site, and a host computer 3 for controlling the forwarding. The host computer 3 has a temperature sampling database 51 wherein temperatures and volume conversion factors detected in every sampled time are registered, and executes a temperature correction operation for the quantity of loading put on board on the tank lorry 5 based on the temperature and volume conversion factor read out from the temperature sampling data base 51. Therefore, errors between integrated value of oil unloaded from a tanker 43 and the integrated value of oil put on board on the tank lorry 5 can be eliminated.
