Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud with a large diameter head which uses a general-purpose stud with the head and simply makes the diameter of the head part large. SOLUTION: This stud is composed of a stud 1 with a standard head, manufactured with cold-forging, a dent 21 forming the larger diameter than the diameter of the head part 12 and fitting the head part 12 of the stud 1 with the standard head in the inner part and a collar ring 2 forming a hole 22 for inserting a shaft part 11 of the stud 1 with the standard head, at the center part of this dent 21, and integrated by fitting the collar ring 2 to the head part 12 of the stud 1 with the standard head.
