FIXED TOOTH PLATE FOR JAW CRUSHER AND RECYCLING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fixed tooth plate of a jaw crusher facilitating collection of source-separated refuse, and a recycling method therefor. SOLUTION: The fixed tooth plate of the jaw crusher consists of a substrate 1, which has a large number of recessed parts 14 for mounting insert members 12 arranged to the upper surface thereof and has through-holes 16 communicating with the respective recessed parts 14 to push out the insert members 12 provided to the back surface thereof, and a block-shaped insert members 12 of which the leading ends are formed into projecting parts 11 for crushing a material to be crushed to be fitted and mounted in the respective recessed parts 14. In the recycling method for the used fixed tooth plate, the insert members 12 are detached from the recessed parts 14 through the through-holes 16 communicating with the recessed parts 14 from the back side of the substrate 1 by the impact applied to the insert members 12 without discarding the used fixed tooth plate as it is to be fractionally recovered.
