Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging circuit and an electronic device, from which unwanted current dissipation has been eliminated. SOLUTION: A charging control circuit 30 is connected between a charging power supplying circuit 10 and a secondary battery 40. A constant voltage circuit 55 is connected to the secondary battery 40. A power source feeding bypass circuit 20 is connected in parallel with the charging control circuit 30 and secondary battery 40 between the charging power supplying circuit 10 and the constant voltage circuit 55, so that an output of the charging power supplying circuit 10 is inputted to the constant voltage circuit 55. A battery-charging sub-circuit 50 is connected to input an output of the constant voltage circuit 55 to the secondary battery 40. The charging circuit is configured, so that the charging is executed only with the charging sub-circuit when the voltage is less than a first predetermined battery voltage but is higher than a second predetermined battery voltage, the charging is executed with the charging sub-circuit and charging control circuit, when the voltage is higher than the first predetermined battery voltage but is lower than the second predetermined battery voltage, and charging is executed only with the charging control circuit, when the voltage is higher than the first predetermined battery voltage and is higher than the second predetermined battery voltage.
