Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of congestion in a serial bus by preventing re-transmission from being repeated wastefully and to speed up data transmission and reception by shortening an idle time during transfer. SOLUTION: The serial data receiver is provided with a transaction selection means (39) that selects either of the unified transaction and the split transaction, a reception interval measurement means (31) that measures a receptible interval of its own node, and a transmission interval estimate means (32) that estimates a transmission available interval of other nodes. The transaction selection means selects the split transaction for a processing system of a write transaction packet when determining that the transmission available interval of the other node is shorter than the receptible interval of its own node.
