Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize low power consumption by stopping a VCTCXO, while holding bit synchronization or frame synchronization, when is it not necessary to conduct receiving operation in stand-by state. SOLUTION: When a stand-by state is set, a start value setting means 12 and a restoration value setting means 13 are set with values, and when the counted value of a counting means 11 matches with the set value of the start value setting means 12, a binary counter 9 is stopped, and a symbol clock is stopped. In the binary counter 9, and phase of the symbol clock at the time of restoration is calculated from the value, and written. After the lapse of a set time of a closing time adjusting means 6, a gate means 5 is turned off, and power supply to a VCTCXO 2 is stopped. When the matching of the counted value of the counting means 11 with the set value of the restoration value setting means 13 is detected, the stoppage of the binary counter 9 is released, and the power supply to the VCTCXO 2 is started, and after the lapse of the set time of an opening time adjusting means 7, the gate means 5 is turned on, and the symbol clock is restored with the set phase by a reference clock. |
