Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for specifying listing with easy operations and a generation means for listing to generate document data automatically listed according to character data and listing specifications. SOLUTION: A load on an operator in the listing specifications is reduced by specifying a complex listing while checking on a screen interactively by using spreadsheet software. Document data formed as a list is generated automatically by inputting three kinds of data files such as first text data of arranged cell character strings, document data of formed text parts with a final appearance by using editing layout software and text data composed of flag characters meaning combination specifications or background color specifications of cells.
