| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial method for synthesizing an N-carboxylic acid anhydride derivative of an amino acid and its derivative useful as an intermediate for producing medicines, agrochemicals, etc. SOLUTION: An amino acid and its derivative represented by general formula (1) are reacted with a phosgene derivative in the presence of an additive reactive with formed hydrogen chloride and promoting a reaction for forming the N- carboxylic acid anhydride when the N-carboxylic acid anhydride derivative represented by general formula (3) is synthesized from the amino acid and its derivative represented by general formula (1). Thereby, the N-carboxylic acid anhydride derivative represented by general formula (3) of the amino acid and its derivative can be provided on an industrial scale. |
