Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vacuum cleaner which is compact, is lightweight, is user- friendly, and can clean three-dimensionally. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner is made up of a main part 20 of the vacuum cleaner equipped with an electric fan 21 which generates suction air to suck dust and dirt, a suction opening 22 to suck dust and dirt, and a linking pipe 23 with an end linked to the electric fan 21 and the other end linked to the suction opening 22. A part 34 for collecting dust is placed on the suction opening 22. A suction passage to the part 34 for collecting dust is short, and the electric fan 21 with a large suction power is not necessary. The electric fan 21 for the main part 20 of the vacuum cleaner can be made small-sized, and the whole vacuum cleaner can be made compact and lightweight.
