Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pop noise when turning a power switch on/off or when switching an incorporated speaker and an external speaker. SOLUTION: The voice muting circuit for use in a sound product, and the like, comprises a control amplifier for receiving an input signal selectively and controlling at least the tone and volume of a selected signal, a power amplifier for amplifying the output from the control amplifier in order to drive an incorporated speaker, a transistor circuit for short-circuiting the input side of the power amplifier temporarily, a microcomputer for supplying a mute signal 4 to the transistor, a mute circuit for supplying a mute signal 2 to the power amplifier and the transistor, and a + power supply.
