Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display which can inform a user whether a reserved recording can be made or not by calculating a receiving level at the time of recording the program from weather forecast data. SOLUTION: Weather information is acquired through a public line or a satellite and a receiving level at the time of reserved recording is calculated by means of a microcomputer 20. When a low receiving level is predicted and a decision is made that the reserved recording is not available, a user is informed of the result.
