Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure airtightness by assuring adhesion between a Peltier module and a heat conductor merely by clamping heat conductors on both sides, using a screw with the Peltier module in between, with no threaded-hole sealing process, or a post process, as required in conventional cases. SOLUTION: A heat conductor 4 is disposed on both sides, a heat-absorbing side and a heat radiation side, of a Peltier module 3 where a plurality of joint electrodes 2, in which a plurality of thermoelectric elements 1 are jointed, are arrayed as specified. The heat conductor 4 and the Peltier module 3 are contacted tightly, by clamping the heat conductors 4 on both sides using a screw 5 with the Peltier module 3 in between, thus hermetically sealing the Peltier module 3 from the outside. An annular rubber-like elastic body is provided to a neck part 6 of the screw 5, and a fitting part of the screw 5 is made into an airtight structure.
