HIGH FREQUENCY COIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency thin coil in which relatively high Q and SRF and high impedance can be realized at a low cost. SOLUTION: The high frequency coil has coil conductors formed, in two or more layer, on at least one side of an insulating substrate through an organic insulation layer wherein each coil conductor 11a, 13a has a part of two or more turns entirely or partially on the two or more layers and the central area not arranged with the conductor on the inside of the innermost circumferential part of the coil conductors 11a and 13a is set not smaller than 50% of the entire area surrounded by the outermost circumferential turning part including the outermost circumferential turning part of the coil conductor and the coil conductors 11a and 13a are connected in series to turn in the same direction.
