Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig for magnetization forming by one magnetization plural sets of magnetic poles, where N-poles and S-poles are provided in the width-(radial) direction of concentrical ring-form magnets and their polarities are made different in the circumferential direction of the concentrical ring-form magnets. SOLUTION: On a magnetizing surface 2 of the magnetizing jig 1, there are provided three concentrical wiring grooves 3a, 3b, 3c and a radial communication groove 3d intersecting the wiring grooves. On one side relative to the communication groove 3d, a magnetizing coil 4 is inserted into the wiring grooves 3a, 3b, 3c concentrically in succession, by folding the magnetizing coil 4 via the communication groove 3d so as to reverse the winding direction of the magnetizing coil 4 in succession. On the other side, relative to the communication groove 3d, the magnetizing coil 4 is also inserted into the wiring grooves 3c, 3b, 3a. Thereby, the portions of the magnetizing coil 4 present in each of the wiring grooves 3a, 3b, 3c, which sandwich the communication groove 3d in between, are wound in reverse. A magnet material 5 and its back yoke 6 are superimposed successively on the magnetizing jig 1 for magnetizing the magnet material 5. In this case, reference-position marks for indicating the neutral points of magnetic poles are so formed on the magnet material 5 as to align them with the position of the communication groove 3d. |
