Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary cell excellent in cycle characteristics by suppressing reaction between positive electrode active material and electrolyte. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous secondary cell comprises a positive electrode whose main component is metal oxide lithium compound, a negative electrode whose main component is carbon material which can occlude/release lithium ion, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode contains thiophospheric acid ester or thiophospheric acid ester salt.
