Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integral image display/imaging device which does not cause misalignment of an eye line. SOLUTION: In an anode substrate (FOP substrate 1) and a cathode substrate 2 arranged facing each other via spacers 3, a phosphor 9 and a photoelectric conversion film 11 are arrayed and formed on the transparent electrodes 8-1, 8-2 on the facing surface of the anode substrate, in accordance with a prescribed pattern. Each phosphor 9 and the photoelectric conversion film 11 are set to one-to-one correspondence to a micro electron source, consisting of a cone- shaped negative electrode 4, a gate electrode 5, and a cathode electrode 6. In this constitution, the image display/imaging can be controlled by pixel units, by applying voltage on each gate electrode 5 and each cathode electrode 6 in a prescribed order. |
