HANDLE LOCK MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle lock mechanism capable of locking a handle for a switch operation of an electric switch or the like at a predetermined on/off position and equipped with a locking function out of consideration for prevention of easy unlocking. SOLUTION: In the handle 2 positioned at a neutral position, a lock member insertion hole 21 is formed at a position capable of communicating with lock member insertion holes 31 of lock member inserting projections 3 mounted to an apparatus body 1. By inserting a lock member 4 through both insertion holes 31 and 21, the handle 2 is locked at the neutral position. By setting a positional relationship so as to dispose the lock member 4 inserted into the pair of lock member inserting projections 3 in the vicinity of a side face 22 of the handle 2 when the handle is moved to a first operating position, the handle 2 can be locked at the first operating position.
