SOLUTION: In the ticket issuing machine, a ticket rotating part 8 having a butting member 29 projected on a traveling path 2 when the tickets 14 are rotated and against which the tips of the tickets 14 are made to butt, a clearance part 26 provided on a frame 4 so that the rotational locus of the tickets 14 to be made to butt against the butting member 29 and rotated is not hindered, and a guide member to be filled in a discontinuous part of a guide of the clearance part 26 when the butting member 29 is not projected on the traveling path 2 is provided on the traveling path 2.
