Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant, capable of directly applied to an object to be cleaned, free from coating irregularities and leakage in coating from the start of application, and capable of preventing a faulty cleaning with a cleaning medium, provide a lubricant applying device using the same, and further provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: A surface layer 34a and a deep layer 34b, which are formed in a layer manner in parallel with an abutting surface of a secondary transfer roller 30, are provided, and the surface layer 34a is softer and more elastic than the deep layer 34b.
