DECOLORING METHOD AND DEVICE OF STAINED SPECIMEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable re-staining of a smear stained once. SOLUTION: A blood smear 2 stored in a specimen storage part 1 is dipped successively into methanol vessels 3a-3d and taken out, and then dipped into a mixed-liquid vessel 4 storing mixed liquid of phosphate buffer and a methanol and taken out, and then dipped into a methanol vessel 3 and taken out, by a conveyance part 6 controlled by a control part 7. A part stained by azure B or Methylene Blue is decolorized by the first methanol dipping treatment, and a part stained by eosin is decolorized by the nest mixed-liquid dipping treatment, and a blood component of the blood smear 2 is fixed by the next methanol dipping treatment.
