Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of cleaning, maintenance and inspection by precisely judging the replacement time of components of a combined balance. SOLUTION: A plurality of rectilinear feeders 4, supply hoppers 6, metering hoppers 10, and auxiliary hoppers 12 (hereinafter referred to as components) are removably fitted in the respective mounting positions of a mounting part 3. These are the same to have interchangeability. Driving units 8 are provided corresponding to the respective mounting positions in the mounting part 3. To identify the respective components, the components are fitted with identifiers 16, 20, 24, 28. The mounting part 3 is provided with reading means 18, 22, 26, 30. The control part 14 counts the number of times of operation of the respective components. The number of times of operation is determined depending on the driving frequency of the driving units 8 for driving the respective components determined according to the reading results of the identifiers 16, 20, 24, 28 by the reading means 18, 22, 26, 30. The control part 14 creates an information signal when the count value of the number of times of operation becomes equal to or larger than the allowable limit. |
