Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger that is small in size and high in heat exchange efficiency. SOLUTION: Both heat-exchanger cores Ca are adjacently fixed by means of resin brackets 247 so that a gap (clearance) 224 may be provided between the cores Ca. Consequently, the high-temperature side heat exchanger core Ca (on the hot water outlet side) and the low-temperature side heat exchanger core Caw (on the hot water inlet side) are separated from each other. Since the heat transfer from the high-temperature side core Ca to the low-temperature side core Ca can be prevented, the temperature difference between hot water and refrigerant can be prevented from becoming smaller and the deterioration of the heat exchange efficiency of this heat exchanger can be prevented.
