Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejector capable of reducing loss of effective energy and improving efficiency of the ejector by reducing a speed component of unsteady helical flow other than the ejector axial direction and reducing mixing of secondary fluid before forming the helical flow of primary fluid, and a freezing system using the ejector. SOLUTION: This ejector for sucking and/or pressurizing the secondary fluid by jet of the primary fluid comprises a diffuser 2, a nozzle group 4 or a ring-like nozzle 24 having nozzles 3 arranged in an annular shape for jetting the primary fluid in substantially parallel with the ejector center axis, and a cylindrical rotor 6 with blades 5 that is arranged on the downstream side facing the nozzle group or the ring-like nozzle and freely rotates. The ejector generates helical type extruding flow of the primary fluid.
