Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end-section reinforcing tool capable of lengthening the lifetime of the whole pneumatic stowing type floating body and a water- pollution preventive fence having a long lifetime. SOLUTION: The end-section reinforcing tool (20) used for a pneumatic stowing type floating body, in which the floating bodies (10) are manufactured by installing and hermetically sealing end-section metal fittings (12) to cylindrical bodies (11) having flexibility and filling the insides of the cylindrical bodies (11) with air and which has partial bending preventive sections (21), by which the cylindrical bodies (11) are not bent suddenly at the side of the end-section metal fittings (12), is provided. The water-pollution preventive fence, which uses such an end-section reinforcing tool (20) and in which the end-section reinforcing tool (20) is fixed at the side of the end-section metal fittings (12) on the cylindrical body (11) sides, is provided.
