Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show a substance X forming a complex with Apg8FG, explain the structure of formed Apg8FG-X, show the action of protein such as the Apg8FG and its derivative, the Apg8FG-X, to a phospholipid forming a membrane, and provide a method for producing and utilizing a new phospholipid- protein binder formed by a covalent bond of the protein and the phospholipid. SOLUTION: In this reversible method for producing the phospholipid-protein complex formed by the covalent bond of the phospholipid and the protein by an amide bond, the phospholipid is phosphatidylethanolamine, the protein is Apg8 with the C-terminal of glycine or its derivative, and an amino group of the phospholipid and a carboxyl group of the C-terminal of the protein make the amide bond into the phospholipid-protein complex. And it is used for an autophagy modifier for the cell composed of the phospholipid-protein binder, that is to say an autophagy modifier for the cure, prevention, or treatment of cancer or Alzheimer disease. |
