Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film supply device and a film supply method for facilitating winding of a barrier bag by minimizing the deformation of a container for staked films internally mounted in the barrier bag and allowing easy flow of air into the barrier bag after cutting the barrier bag at its rear end. SOLUTION: The film supply device is characterized in that the sheet film in the barrier bag inserted into a tray is cut at its one end on the side of carrying means and then film holding means for sucking and carrying the sheet film is moved down and put in contact in the vicinity of one end of the barrier bag for sucking operation which causes move-up and remove-down several times.
