SOLUTION: A servo-motor 34 for forward backward displacing a movable electrode chip 30 is provided, and servo-motor 34, a copper-made piping 72 is cast in a motor housing 38 constituting this, and in this motor housing 38 with this copper-made piping 72, a passage 70 for cooling medium is arranged to supply the cooling medium. The motor housing 38 is forcibly cooled by supplying the cooling medium in this passage 70, and the heat generating amount of the servo-motor 34 can be effectively reduced.
