PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, a picture image displaying method for a game machine, and a storage medium and a server which are computer readable in which a player can fully enjoy a performance image, a game gives possibility of enhancing an expectation feeling of a player who wishes to result in a big win, and there is possibility of fully making the best use of the characteristic of a display device in which a performance image is displayed. SOLUTION: In a display portion, a time when an identification information image is variably displayed with one edge side of two edge sides of the display portion as the starting point and a time when the identification information image is variably displayed with other edge side of two edge sides of the display portion as the starting point are alternately repeated and the identification information image is variably displayed in an expanded mode as it moves from the starting point toward the central part of a display face.
