THERMO-SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-sheet, having a thermo-instrument with a thermo- cushioning sheet laminated on a surface to be applied to a skin, having adhesive parts formed on the surface to be applied to the skin, capable of being directly applied to a skin surface and imparting heat thereto, preventing causing a cold burn, dermatopathies such as red spots, rashes, eczemas, blebs, preventing hurting the skin surface when peeling it, free from deviation from the applied position, preventing the stains of underwears, or the like, making the thermo- cushioning sheet perform the role of the underwears when applied to the skin, improving a touch feeling and flexibility, absorbing water such as sweat, eliminating uneasiness, and capable of improving users' comfort, or the like. SOLUTION: The thermo-sheet 1 comprises the thermo-instrument 4 imparting heat to the applied position of the skin and the thermo-cushioning sheet 2 laminated on a place corresponding to at least a heat generating position 7 on the surface, which is applied to the skin, of the thermo-instrument 4. The adhesive parts 3 are formed on the left and right ends or upper and lower ends or a peripheral part on the surface of the thermo-sheet 1, which is applied to the skin.
