SOLUTION: The stream contents distribution device transmits decoding information required for decoding reserved contents to users reserving (purchasing) contents to allow the users to decode the contents. According to the configuration above, in the case that the device cannot distribute reserved contents to the users due to interruption of the network or the like or the user fails to decode the reserved contents due to forgotten viewing or the like, when the same contents as the reserved contents are retransmitted, decoding information required for decoding the contents retransmitted this time is transmitted to the users. Thus, the users can surely view the purchased contents.
